One of the working WIPs I’ve been doing is a real wool shawl, in organic Falklands Merino Wool with Mulberry Silk 4ply by Gorgeous Yarns. I’ve been using a lovely pattern Single Skein Shawl by Helen Kennedy on Ravelry. This shawl is much easier than it looks and works up really quickly. I’ve really enjoyed making this and with such lovely wool it’s like crocheting with a cloud, so soft and delicate.
This piece is at the blocking stage now again useing the washing line method… the only trouble with this method is it makes me realise my garden is in desperate need of a tidy… lol… enjoy your weekend… Dxxx
